Eastern Communications is once again joining the movers and shakers of the Telco industry in Cebu as the city hosts this year’s Asian Carriers Conference (ACC).
The ACC is one of the region’s most awaited Telco conventions and the ultimate avenue for industry leaders to discuss and share the latest advancements in telecommunications and information and communications technology. Every year, over 1500 delegates from over 60 countries attend the ACC, including wholesale and fixed mobile carriers, network and infrastructure providers, applications and service developers, handset and equipment manufacturers, and entertainment and content distributors.
Now in its 13th year, ACC 2017 is focusing on the most important lifeline of every business – the customer. The ACC is opening up discussion on the importance of the customer experience in the digital age, engaging Silicon Valley thought leader Guy Kawasaki to deliver the keynote speech.
