Eastern Communications launches the VIP Link Platinum Club

Celebrating its Strong Connections with long-term customers, Eastern Communications recently launched a client recognition program dubbed as the Eastern Link VIP Platinum Club, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Platinum Club members get to enjoy a variety of perks and privileges from Eastern Communications that will further help them build their business.

Staying true to their commitment of providing high touch or personalized service, the Eastern Link VIP Platinum Club was created to thank clients for their continued loyalty to the company. Platinum members are entitled to a dedicated senior staff that will handle their billing, credit and collection concerns. They will also have direct access to the Service Operations Team with an exclusive email address and hotline for their concerns, manned by experienced and dedicated customer experience agents with an automatic email call back program for faster isolation and resolution of faults. Regular call outs are included in the program to ensure better customer satisfaction, paired with the annual Service-Level Agreement (SLA) review.

During the event, Atty. Aileen Regio, Eastern Communications’ co-coordinator gave a special message, thanking loyal customers who helped Eastern Communications reach 13% growth in revenues last year. Regio mentioned that the company‘s customer satisfaction rating continue to increase despite the challenging business environment.

The program highlighted Platinum Members from different industries where each member was acknowledged and given a plaque of appreciation. A special recognition was given to The Manila Hotel for being the company’s most loyal client, with a continued partnership of more than 20 years.

After a toast celebrating the occasion, the Platinum members were also treated to a performance from the renowned vocal group, The Company, who serenaded them with classic and contemporary tunes, plus tracks from the Broadway hit, the Lion King – which served as a teaser for the giveaway of Lion King Tickets for all the members.

Eastern Communications earlier announced that the company is also undergoing a network modernization program to provide faster and more secure internet connections to its customers. These efforts are expected to build on Eastern Communications unique brand of high tech and high touch service, which will result in stronger connections with its customers.
