The Company does not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the payment channels other than what is specified in the Site for this purpose. By accepting/ agreeing to these Terms, the User expressly agrees that his/ her use of the aforesaid payment service is entirely at the own risk and responsibility of the User.
Use of the payment channels is subject to the terms and conditions of the payment channel provider.
Cancellation Policy. Once you will be registered and have paid the fees through the online payment channels, you will not be able to cancel the transaction through the Company. Please contact the payment channel provider directly.
If payment to the Company through the payment channel is validly made, refund of the fees by the Company shall be in accordance with its refund policy.
Refund for Charge Back Transaction: In the event that you have a claim for/ of charge back for any reason whatsoever, you shall immediately approach the payment channel provider with your claim details. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by the payment channel provider via payment gateway or any other means as the payment channel provider deems appropriate.
Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction(s): The User shall directly contact the payment channel provider for any fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by the payment channel provider alone in line with their policies and rules.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Eastern Communications does not assume any responsibility for and will not be liable for any and all damages to, including or any viruses that may infect your computer or device, telecommunication equipment or other property caused by or arising from your access to or use of the Site and/or Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eastern Communications shall not be liable for all damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or the Services. In the event of any dispute or claim against Eastern Communications, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.
Limited Time for Action
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site, or the Services should be commenced within one year from the time the cause of action accrues, after which such cause of action shall be permanently barred.
Non-Waiver
